Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to KeyZape. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the KeyZape website, customer account, digital storefront, support services and all products or services made available through KeyZape.

KeyZape is operated by GLOBAL IT & CONSULTANCY. By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order or using a purchased product, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund and Replacement Policy, Digital Delivery Policy and Licence and Activation Policy.

Eligibility and Customer Representations

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. A minor may use the website only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
• Your purchase and intended use are lawful.
• You have reviewed the product description, licence type and system requirements.
• You will not use the product for fraud, piracy, unauthorised access or unlawful resale.

Nature of Digital Products

KeyZape primarily sells digitally delivered products, including software licence keys, activation codes, subscriptions, downloadable files, account-based access, WordPress products, security products, mobile servicing tools and other digital items.

Unless a Product Page expressly states otherwise, no physical packaging or courier shipment is included. Product images may be illustrative and do not create a promise of physical delivery.

Product Information and Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate information. Before ordering, you are responsible for reviewing:

• Supported operating system, edition and device type.
• Retail, OEM, subscription, account-based or other licence classification.
• Number of devices, users, domains or installations.
• Validity period, renewal conditions and update entitlement.
• Country, region, language and activation restrictions.
• Required manufacturer account, internet connection or third-party service.
• Whether installation, activation or after-sales support is included.

If a general website statement conflicts with the specific Product Page, the specific Product Page will normally apply to that product.

Customer Accounts and Security

Certain services may require a KeyZape account. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, restricting unauthorised access and keeping your contact details current.

• Do not create an account using another person’s identity or payment details without permission.
• Notify KeyZape promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by KeyZape’s own security failure.
• We may temporarily restrict an account during a fraud, payment or security investigation.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment is verified, the product is available and required security checks are complete.

KeyZape may cancel or refuse an order before delivery where the product is unavailable, the listed price is clearly erroneous, payment cannot be verified, the order appears fraudulent, required information is missing or supply would violate law or contractual restrictions.

If payment has already been captured for a cancelled and undelivered order, an applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Prices, Currency, Taxes and Promotions

Prices may be displayed in INR, USD or another supported currency. The final amount shown at checkout applies to the order.

• Taxes or legally required charges may be included or added at checkout.
• Banks and payment providers may apply conversion or international transaction charges.
• Prices and discounts may change before an order is placed.
• Coupons and promotions may have expiry dates, product restrictions and one-use limits.
• Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before delivery.

Payments and Verification

Payments are handled through the methods displayed at checkout and may be processed by independent payment gateways. KeyZape generally does not directly store complete card credentials, banking passwords, UPI PINs or payment authentication data.

• Do not use stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Do not submit false payment confirmations or manipulate gateway responses.
• Additional verification may be requested for unusual or high-risk transactions.
• Never send a UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, banking password or one-time password to support.

Digital Delivery

Delivery may occur by email, My Account, an order confirmation page, a secure download link, direct account assignment or manual activation. Delivery time and method may vary by product.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam, promotions and account download areas. Delivery may be delayed by payment verification, customer information errors, stock allocation, third-party downtime or security checks.

Licence and Activation

A purchase generally grants limited usage rights and does not transfer ownership of the software or underlying intellectual property. All products remain subject to the applicable publisher, developer or service-provider terms.

• Do not publish, share or resell a key unless expressly authorised.
• Do not exceed device, user, domain or activation limits.
• Do not bypass regional, hardware or account restrictions.
• Hardware changes, formatting or publisher policy changes may affect activation.
• Use mobile servicing tools only on devices you own or are authorised to service.

Customer Responsibilities and Support

You are responsible for selecting the correct product, maintaining backups, following activation instructions and providing accurate troubleshooting information.

Unless expressly included, KeyZape support does not cover general computer repair, data recovery, unrelated software, unsupported modifications, malware removal, third-party account recovery or guaranteed prevention of platform restrictions.

Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations

Digital products may become usable or copyable immediately after delivery, so a change-of-mind return is generally unavailable after the key, file, account or activation has been delivered or revealed.

KeyZape will review an appropriate remedy where a product is invalid, previously used before delivery, incorrectly supplied, materially misdescribed or not delivered within the applicable period. Troubleshooting, correction, re-delivery or replacement may be attempted before a refund.

Third-Party Products and Services

Many products available through KeyZape are owned or operated by independent publishers. Their names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Third parties may modify activation systems, supported devices, account requirements, features, subscription plans or server availability. KeyZape will provide reasonable assistance for the product sold but cannot control independent third-party decisions or infrastructure.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use KeyZape or a purchased product to:

• Commit fraud, identity theft or payment abuse.
• Distribute malware or gain unauthorised access to a device, account or system.
• Violate copyright, trademark, licence or privacy rights.
• Scrape, attack, overload or circumvent website security.
• Submit fabricated evidence or abuse refund and replacement procedures.
• Harass support staff or use the platform for unlawful activity.

KeyZape may restrict accounts, cancel undelivered orders or report suspected unlawful activity where reasonably necessary.

Intellectual Property

The KeyZape name, logo, original website design, text and graphics may be protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the website only for lawful personal or internal business shopping purposes.

You may not copy, republish, frame, sell or commercially exploit KeyZape’s original content without written permission. Third-party product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Website Availability and Force Majeure

Continuous access is not guaranteed. Services may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting failures, cyber incidents, payment-network outages, third-party downtime, government action, natural disasters or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

KeyZape will make reasonable efforts to communicate and resolve affected orders but will not be responsible for delays solely caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. KeyZape does not guarantee compatibility with unsupported systems, permanent availability of third-party servers or a particular commercial result.

KeyZape is not responsible for indirect losses caused by incorrect product selection, customer misuse, unauthorised key sharing, unsupported modifications, failure to maintain backups, third-party account action or publisher changes. Nothing excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where there is a reasonable belief of fraudulent payment, chargeback abuse, unauthorised resale, account compromise, security abuse, unlawful activity or repeated violation of these Terms.

Termination does not cancel rights or obligations that arose before termination.

Governing Law, Complaints and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Customers should first contact KeyZape support or the Grievance Officer and allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution.

Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, disputes may be handled by competent courts or authorities in West Bengal, India. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
